The Norwegian Power Production Conference 2022 (PTK) is the 8th untill the 10th of March 2022 at Clarion Hotel & Congress Oslo Airport and I hope that I will see you there. We have 8 sponsorspaces and 41 standard spaces. Our main partner in 2022 is Glitre Energy.
The booking of sponsors and exhibitors opens
Monday the 13th of December 2021 at 2 pm (14:00).
Send an email to ptk@energinorge.no on that date after 2 pm if you wish to book a sponsor / exhibitor space.
The ones that registers first, will receive the best spaces.
We can offer these sponsor/exhibitor packages:
Sponsor (8 spaces available) includes:
- Exhibit size 6 m wide x 2 m deep with walls and lights
- Conference fee for 4 persons
- Your logo and commercial presented in the conference app. The sponsor must cover the cost of making the commercial.
- 3 slides or commercial (max 30 seconds) to be shown on wide screen in the conference room in the breaks. The sponsor must cover the cost of making the commercials /slides.
- The sponsors' evening at the dinner the first evening of the conference, will offer an entertainment feature that will profile the sponsors. The cost of this is included in the sponsorship package. The sponsors will be involved in the work with the sponsorship evening. We will return with more information.
- Sponsor quiz in conference app. Sponsor provides 2 questions and 1 prize for the quiz.
The registration as a sponsor is binding.
Price: NOK 77.500.- + vat
Exhibitor:
- Exhibit size 3 m wide x 2 m deep with walls and lights
- Conference fee for 2 persons
- Your logo presented in the conference app.
Price: NOK 41 000.- + vat
Hotel stay and dinners will come with an extra fee.
Cancellation Policy:
The registration as a sponsor is binding.
Exhibitors
If canceled more than 30 working days before the start, a full refund is given.
At 20 working days before the event begins, only 50% is refundable.
If canceled 19 working days prior to or closer to the start of the event, no refunds are given.
